We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who will be specially trained to work directly with our clients. STAR volunteers are often essential in a victim's recovery after an assault.

All interested persons must return a completed application to RCIS, have two references and complete an in person interview with the Hotline Services Coordinator before entering training. The training session must be completed, as well as an interview with an agency therapist and a background check before becoming certified as a STAR Volunteer!
